The project combines architectural renewal, legal and technical precision, natural materials and a strong connection to the ocean. Panoramic glazing, generous terraces, water features, a swimming pool and tropical landscaping create a calm resort-like atmosphere, where family living, privacy and contemporary coastal luxury exist as one seamless experience.

The client’s request was not simply to renovate the house, but to elevate it into a new level of architecture, comfort and luxury coastal living — without losing the rare privilege of being so close to the water.
The essence of the project was defined by its location. The villa already had one of the most valuable qualities a coastal residence can offer: a direct emotional and visual connection to the ocean. For this reason, the challenge was delicate and highly specific.
