01Who we are

This website is operated by ENSO 7 Unique Design LLC (“ENSŌ.7”, “we”), a studio for architecture, interior design and landscape registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

02What we receive

We only receive the information you choose to share with us:

• Your name and contact details — phone, WhatsApp number or email address
• Details of your project — location, approximate size, timeline, scope and your message
• Drawings, photographs or documents you send us
• The content of our conversations by WhatsApp, email or phone

When you submit the enquiry form, the details you entered are saved to our own client-management system (CRM) at crm.enso7.com so that we can reply, and WhatsApp or your email app opens with your message ready to send.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give a first read on your project
• To discuss your brief and prepare a written proposal
• To deliver our services if we work together, under the ENSŌ.7 Client Agreement
• To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

04Who we share it with

Only where it is needed and, for project information, with your agreement:

• The locally based architect, engineers and other consultants appointed on your project
• Communication providers that carry our messages — for example WhatsApp or our email provider — under their own privacy terms
• Authorities, where the law requires it

05This website

We measure how this website is used with our own first-party analytics. Each time a page is opened, a short record is sent to our own system at crm.enso7.com: the address of the page, the page or site that referred you, the website address and a visitor identifier. That identifier is a random string created in your browser and kept in its local storage (under the key _nvid), so that repeat visits from the same browser count as one visitor; it is not derived from your name or contact details. If you send an enquiry, it is linked to that identifier so we can see which pages led to it. This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site trackers. You can stop the measurement at any time by blocking scripts or clearing this site’s storage in your browser.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and the smooth-scrolling script from jsDelivr. As with any request on the web, these providers receive your IP address when a page loads. Like most websites, our server may also keep standard technical logs — IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security and to keep the site running.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to respond to you and to follow up on a possible project. If we work together, project records are kept for the duration of the project and afterwards for as long as legal, tax or professional record-keeping requires.

07How we protect it

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Project information is shared only with the people who need it, in line with our principle of complete discretion.

08Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you
• correct anything that is inaccurate
• delete your data where we are not required to keep it
• stop contacting you

09Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
