The reinvention of an existing building in Bishkek’s historic centre as a premium urban landmark.
Aurus is not a cosmetic refresh. The project gives an existing building a new architectural identity, a stronger presence on the street and a higher commercial value — while keeping it in conversation with its historic surroundings.

Residences occupy the upper floors; boutiques and galleries animate the ground floor. A façade of aluminium, bronze, porcelain stoneware, marble and glass gives the building the quiet richness its central address deserves.
