A personal architectural world for a family — shaped around privacy, togetherness and the climate of the Arabian Peninsula.
Maison Nur is a 3,500 m² private residence in the ultra-luxury segment, designed for a high-profile owner and his family. The brief asked for two things that rarely sit together: a house that is impressive and representative, and one that is genuinely comfortable to live in every day — separated and protected, yet naturally connected to family life.

Our answer is restraint at scale. Status is expressed through proportion, precision and the quality of materials rather than ornament. Pale stone volumes sit beneath a lattice of bronze-gold steel that floats over terraces, water and garden, filtering the desert sun into moving patterns of shade.

The mountain behind is borrowed as the backdrop to every view, and the landscape — rock, cactus, sand and shade trees — is drawn as part of the architecture, from the arrival court down to the beach.
