A family villa that draws on Almaty’s identity — the city of apples, at the foot of the mountains.
Almaty’s mountain setting, clean air and green gardens shaped the concept. The apple — a symbol of home, family, abundance and a connection to the land — became its centre: apple trees are planted throughout the landscape, as a garden and as the emotional heart of the architecture.

Bold contemporary volumes in warm wood and natural stone open through large windows to the views. Bonsai, an oak tree and layered planting create a private garden, while furniture by Poliform and other leading houses gives the interiors a restrained, elegant finish.
