A private resort that is also a permanent home — set on a shaped hillside above a calm natural lake, surrounded by dense woodland.
Where Maison Nur is about complete privacy, Courtyard Villa explores a different idea of luxury: a self-contained world in which landscape, water and building form a single composition.
The house unfolds as a sequence of terraced levels, reflecting pools and gardens. Dark stone and warm timber screens sit beneath deep, thin roofs, and the garden — boulders, moss and sculpted pines — is treated as the main room. From inside, every space opens onto water.
Natural materials, bespoke interiors and furniture from leading houses complete a setting designed for comfort, seclusion and lasting elegance.
