A high-end renovation on the Mauritian coast: four apartments and a penthouse, each designed to feel like a private villa facing the ocean.
Some twenty metres from the Indian Ocean, Le Serin du Cap reworks an existing building into five exceptional residences. Every home has its own swimming pool, generous terraces, double-height rooms and a mezzanine — the space and seclusion of a villa, with the ease of a resort.
Curved floor plates, deep shading and a sculptural spiral stair connect beach, garden and roof terraces. Ivory textures, natural marble and stone, glass and tropical planting give the architecture a calm, luminous coastal character.
It is island living at its most refined — designed to be lived in outdoors, with the sea as its front garden.
